We’re up bright and early at Cloud Partners this morning to hear our very own Windstream Cloud Evangelist, Kent Landry, speak in a session titled, “Colocation & the Cloud.” Moderated by Ian Kienlinger, CEO of a valuable Windstream partner, Avant Communications, the session featured Dick O’Hara of NaviSite and Guy Lupi of Internap, who weighed in with Kent on the rise of outsourcing colocation and cloud services and the increasing need for cloud service providers (CSP) to be flexible.

According to a February 2013 survey from Internap, 57% of businesses are interested in hybrid cloud solutions that meet a range of business needs and requirements. What is a partner to look for in a colocation provider? Is there a way to profit?

The team discussed a range of cloud services but focused on those that are most profitable: VaaS, IaaS, DaaS, StaaS, DRaaS and Colocation. “And, Infrastructure as a Service is the hottest opportunity right now,” says our Evangelist Kent.

Our channel experts can provide you with information to make you profitable and successful, and our Windstream cloud gurus will work to customize solutions that best fit your needs, as well as the end user needs of your own customers.
