The Challenge
Prior to switching to Windstream, the attorneys at Crawford & Crawford were investigating new ways to enhance their communications solution.
The importance of stored information (and the looming threat of computer crashes, etc.) prompted Crawford & Crawford to begin looking for a more powerful IT solution which would fulfill their need for electronic data storage. They responded with a change in provider who could better serve their needs for increased storage and efficient communication.
The Solution
Having carefully considered Crawford & Crawford’s concerns, Windstream designed a solution consisting of Voice over IP, which allowed them to maximize their bandwidth, along with data backup, and Windstream Business Apps (which allows users to share and collaborate on documents and calendars through a Google-hosted server).
Both the transport method and the managed applications allowed Crawford & Crawford to focus more on their clients. Windstream combined a trio of products to meet the firm’s desire for a more powerful solution. Crawford & Crawford upgraded their total communications package to achieve their goal of increasing storage and efficiency.
