Network Monitoring Service
With so many moving parts in your network, network monitoring service gives you rapid, simple access to monitor your network infrastructure.
Windstream Hosted Solutions' Hi-Touch Network Monitoring Service provides just that- a detailed view of all network components. With Hi-Touch Monitoring, you have access to network monitoring, alert and notification services for both dedicated equipment and customer-owned equipment within the Windstream Hosted Solutions Data Centers. It includes 24/7 monitoring for customer systems colocated in a Windstream Hosted Solutions data center.
All monitor alarms for monitored devices can be viewed from the Windstream Hosted Solutions Navigator Portal, allowing you to identify usage trends, diagnose bottlenecks and plan for long-term systems changes and upgrades.
We offer two levels of network monitoring service - Basic and Premier.
Basic Networking Monitoring Service
Hi-Touch Monitoring - Standard Service provides agentless network monitoring using ICMP/Ping monitoring. Objects typically monitored include servers, network devices or web content.
Premier Network Monitoring Service
Hi-Touch Monitoring - Premier Service delivers a comprehensive level of network monitoring using a combination of network and SNMP monitoring of the operating system. Service and content check monitoring is performed with this service.
