First-Time Applicants
First-time applicants must create a profile. To do so they must complete the following steps:
- Go to the Job Search page.
- Search for an open position in the "Search for Jobs" area.
- Select a position from the list of available jobs.
- Scroll to the bottom of the job listing and select to create a profile in the "Applicants logging in for the first time" section.
Applicants with an Existing Profile
Go to the Job Search page and log in to begin searching for open positions or update your profile using your existing credentials.
Employee Referral Program
At Windstream, we know our employees are the best in the industry. Therefore, we feel they know what it takes to be the best. If a friend or family member has referred you to Windstream, please let us know.
How to list your referral:
- When you apply online and complete your profile, answer, "YES" when asked, "Were you referred by a Windstream employee?"
- Then enter the exact e-mail address of your Windstream referral with name only, as @Windstream.com will automatically pre-populate (for example, "john.j.jones or john.jones").
- Answer the next question, "Where did you hear about Windstream?" with "EMPLOYEE REFERRAL" and then include the employee name in the "Source" box.
